Complaints: How to Tell Us What Went Wrong

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Mofactor Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to make a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Mofactor Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we matched you with

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Still, tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please understand that Mofactor Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@mofactor.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help as well.
